Can I exchange my separated products at Bricks&Broks Webshop?

1. We want you to be satisfied with your purchase from Bricks&Broks. That's why we offer an exchange policy for our products.

2. If you are not satisfied with your order, you can return it within 14 days of receipt. The product must be in unused condition and in its original packaging.

3. To exchange, please contact us via our contact form or send an email to We will provide you with instructions on how to return the product and handle the exchange process.

4. Please note that the costs of returning the product are at your expense.

5. If the returned product meets our exchange conditions, we will ship the exchanged product to you. If you have any questions about our exchange policy, feel free to contact us.
